How to return an item
Request a Return
Log into your account, go to My Orders, and select 'Request Return' on the item. Guest orders: email us with your order number.
Get Approval (24h)
We review your request within 24 hours and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to your email.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely with original tags attached. Use the prepaid label we provide (defective items) or any courier for other returns.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.

Policy Details
Return window: 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown in your order confirmation email.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached. We inspect all returned items upon receipt.
Defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange free pickup and offer a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges at this time. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items, which qualify for free return pickup.
Gift returns: Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit equal to the original purchase price.
