Customers in Bangladesh and the United States are eligible to purchase from OMC. We currently do not ship to other countries.

You may browse and purchase as a guest or by creating an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

Each customer may maintain only one account per email address. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or loyalty points is prohibited and may result in account termination.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We strive to display products and their attributes (colors, sizes, materials) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration differences. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.

Prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) for Bangladesh customers and USD (US Dollars) for US customers. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of order placement applies to that order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon our sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

To prevent abuse, customers are limited to 2 orders within any 24-hour period, with a minimum of 15 minutes between consecutive orders. This applies to both registered and guest customers (identified by email).

Accepted payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard (via SSLCommerz), and Cash on Delivery. Accepted methods in the US: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe), and PayPal.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in suspension of COD privileges.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address. You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible delivery address.

For US shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be levied, though as all our products are manufactured in Bangladesh, duties to the US are our responsibility under normal circumstances.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may return eligible unused items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please visit our Returns page for full details.

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached to be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timelines stated in our Returns policy.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of OMC Old Mill Cotton or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh (for Bangladesh customers) or applicable US courts (for US customers).
