When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3 PM BST (Bangladesh) or 3 PM PST (US) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent to your email once your order is dispatched. You can also track it in real-time under My Account β My Orders.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2β3 times. After failed attempts, the parcel is held at the nearest depot for 5β7 days before returning to us.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We ship to P.O. Boxes in the US via USPS only. Couriers (FedEx, UPS) require a physical address.
